Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS game Mr. Green: Secrets of the Club (the “App”) handles information. In short: the App does not collect, store on our servers, sell or share any personal data, and it does not track you. Everything you do in the game stays on your device. The App is operated by its developer as listed on the App Store (“we”, “us”).

Information we do not collect

  • We do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
  • We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or device identifiers.
  • The App contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking SDKs.
  • The App does not make network requests to our servers during gameplay.

Data stored on your device

To save your progress, the App keeps a small amount of game data locally on your iPhone, such as solved cases, stars, coins, energy, achievements and settings (music, sound, haptics and notifications). This data never leaves your device through the App. It is removed when you delete the App or use “Reset Progress” in Settings. If you use iCloud or device backups, this data may be included in those backups under Apple's own privacy terms.

Notifications

With your permission, the App schedules local reminder notifications on your device. No push notification service or token is used, and nothing is sent to us. You can turn reminders off at any time in the App's Settings or in iOS Settings.

Crash reports and diagnostics

If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and performance statistics. These reports do not identify you and are used only to fix bugs. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Sharing achievements

When you tap Share on an achievement, the App creates an image on your device and opens the standard iOS share sheet. Whatever you share is sent by the app or service you choose, under its own privacy terms. Nothing is sent to us.

Contacting support

If you email us or use the contact form on this website (which opens your own email app), we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to answer your request, do not share them with anyone, and delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed to help you or when you ask us to.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. It is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address for a short time to deliver the pages securely and protect against abuse. Fonts and images are hosted on this website itself.

Links to other websites

The App may open this website in Safari. Other websites you visit from here have their own privacy practices.

Children's privacy

The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you and to object to its processing. The App itself holds no personal data on our side: all game data is under your control on your device and can be deleted with “Reset Progress” or by deleting the App. For any support emails you sent us, write to the address below and we will delete them. We do not sell or share personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
